Help and Support

How do I get started?

  1. Sign up for a free account (no purchase required), if you don't already have one.
  2. Find the game you'd like to view in the schedule and add it to your cart.
  3. After checking out, when the game is on your game will be available from the schedule, or from the My Games link at the top of the page. Games are available to view beginning 15 minutes before the start time of the game (you'll see a countdown if you check earlier.)

Additional Troubleshooting Information

If you are having difficulty viewing the game, we ask that you first please read the following:

We only support Internet Explorer, but other browsers might work. Due to possible firewall configurations at America Online, you may not be able to connect to our games with AOL.

When viewing a game, if the Windows Media Player continues to buffer or reconnect, or shows only a frame-by-frame "choppy" feed, there may a problem with your available bandwidth. Our broadcasts are streamed at 539Kbps and you must have consistent access to 700 Kbps or higher bandwidth to receive a reliable, high-quality video feed. If you have tested your bandwidth and have a download of 700 kbps or higher, please clear your browser cache by deleting Temporary Internet files by following the steps below for the browser you are using, then reconnect to the game to see if your video quality has improved:
  1. In Internet Explorer, Pull down the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  2. On the General Tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files, then click OK in the Delete Files window.
  3. Click OK to close the Internet Options Window.

If the above troubleshooting steps do not improve the quality of the video please use the Support Request Form so we may try to assist you further.
